1.What is the Livspace referral program and how does it work?
Share the joy with your friends and family. Refer them to us and earn up to $1,000 Capitaland voucher for each successful referral. If you are a former or current Livspace customer with a valid Project ID, simply fill out our form with yours & your friend's details (name, phone number, and email ID) and that’s it!
2. How will I be eligible for the referral program?
All current or former Livspace customers with a “Confirmed Project” automatically qualify for the referral program. And, at the risk of stating the obvious, friends you refer must get their home interiors done by Livspace. The minimum project value of your friend's project needs to be $20,000.*
3. What is the minimum project value for the referral program?
The referral program is applicable for projects valued at $20,000 and above.
4. How will I receive my referral payouts?
We will reach out to you via email on the payouts
5. What can I do if I haven't received my referral payouts?
We get it. Nobody likes not getting what’s truly theirs. In the rare case where you haven't received your referral amount despite eligibility and a successful referral, contact us at sgcustomercare@livspace.com.
6. How much can I earn for a successful referral?
You can earn a $1000 CapitaLand voucher for each successful referral where the project value is $20,000 or more.
7. What if my friend doesn't end up using Livspace's services?
The rewards are only given for successful referrals. If your friend doesn't book a project with Livspace, you won't receive the $1000 CapitaLand voucher.
